About the Role

This role involves designing and developing structural systems for various projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their objectives. Your expertise in structural analysis and design will be essential in ensuring that our projects are safe, efficient, and effective.

Key responsibilities include preparing material requisitions and bid evaluations, ensuring compliance with approved design standards, and coordinating jobsite visits to resolve problems and interpret drawings and documents. You will also participate in technical meetings and perform intra-discipline coordination, and directly perform or administer work of designers within a design group.

We are looking for individuals with a Bachelor's degree in structural civil engineering from an accredited university or college, and 4-10 years of progressive related experience. A working knowledge of Bentley STAAD Pro design analysis program, experience with AISC Steel Construction Manual, ACI 318, and ASCE 7, and ability to express technical issues clearly and concisely both written and verbally are required.

Preferred qualifications include familiarity with Shell DEP standards requirements, proficiency in structural analysis software such as GTSTRUDL, STAAD Pro, or SAP2000, and experience with CADD applications such as MicroStation or AutoCAD.

Requirements
