Our company is seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Site Selection Lead. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying and selecting suitable sites for clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Initial Site List: Work closely with the Global Feasibility Lead to develop an initial site list for feasibility and site identification.
  • Oversight of Feasibility Site Identification Process: Provide full oversight of the feasibility site identification process, including survey development and programming, local resource training and oversight, and oversight of site outreach process.
  • Site Selection Tool and Decision Making: Create a site selection tool and make decisions based on data-driven insights.
  • Customer Interaction: Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Project Management Skills: Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
  • Data Analysis Skills: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
