Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our quality assurance efforts. As a Test Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of test automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, and Cucumber.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in build tools like Maven and test frameworks like TestNG. Experience with version control systems like Git is also essential.

  • 12+ years of experience in quality engineering and test automation
  • Strong understanding of BDD (Cucumber)
  • Experience with test management tools (JIRA, Confluence)
  • Good knowledge of performance testing
  • Ability to mentor and manage a team of QA engineers
  • Proactive approach to continuous improvement
Key Responsibilities
  • Define and implement QA strategy across projects
  • Lead and manage a team of QA engineers (manual and automation)
  • Oversee development and maintenance of test automation frameworks
  • Manage test planning, execution, and reporting
  • Drive adoption of test automation in CI/CD pipelines
  • Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams
  • Own and manage QA-related tools, infrastructure, and process improvements

  • Strong Testing & Test Management experience
  • Strong experience in preparing Test Strategy, Plan
  • Strong in Test Estimations, Scheduling, Tracking, Reporting
  • Strong in Functional Testing (UI, API, DB)
  • Strong at using Test Mgmt. Tool
  • Good at Test Automation (Java, Selenium, BDD, TestNG, Maven, Git)
