About the Job: We are seeking a seasoned professional in the leather industry to manage the end-to-end process of getting leather products from design to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective production while maintaining quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Fulfillment: Manage the entire order flow, from initial inquiries to final shipment, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Sourcing and Procurement: Identify and procure high-quality materials, components, and accessories that meet our standards.
  • Production Coordination: Coordinate with production teams to ensure efficient and timely production, monitor progress, and address any issues promptly.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Maintain clear and effective communication with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of orders, materials, production processes, and shipping details, ensuring compliance and transparency.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products, including material sourcing, costing, and sampling.
  • Inventory Management: Optimize inventory levels, minimize waste, and maximize stock turnover to meet customer demand.
  • Sales Forecasting: Develop and implement merchandise plans, including sales forecasting and budget planning to drive revenue growth.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with buyers and channel partners, ensuring exceptional customer service and loyalty.

The ideal candidate should have min 2+ years of experience in a similar field, possess excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and be proficient in relevant software and ERP systems.
