Job Description:

At our organization, we're looking for a skilled Visual Designer to join our team. As a key member of the design process, you will be responsible for creating visual elements that bring our brand to life.

As a Visual Designer, your role will involve turning ideas into clear and intentional visuals rooted in strong design principles. You will also create brand guidelines and apply them across all outputs, working with marketing teams on campaigns and social media content. Additionally, you will collaborate with UX/UI designers on visual elements and work with cross-functional teams to design for events and print materials.

The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of the design process and visual fundamentals, including typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy. Confidence working in Figma and Illustrator is essential, as well as a basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Turn ideas into visuals that are clear, intentional, and rooted in strong design principles.
  • Create, update, and apply brand guidelines across all outputs.
  • Work with marketing teams on campaigns and social media content.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers on visual elements.
  • Design for events and print materials.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

Requirements:

  • A strong grasp of the design process and visual fundamentals.
  • Confidence working in Figma and Illustrator.
  • A basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.
  • Experience working with fast-moving teams and tight timelines.
