Financial Analyst Position

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the Financial Analyst position. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with finance experts to identify financial needs and strategic directions, focusing on optimizing performance.

You will support in identifying business unit opportunities and challenges to enhance overall performance, contributing to strategic initiatives, and improving financial outcomes. Additionally, you will help analyze and create strategies to support the Business Unit in managing different parts of the Customer Lifecycle, including new sales and reporting on sales progress.

You will develop and maintain revenue models encompassing the aforementioned areas, creating early indicators for both risks and opportunities. Furthermore, you will support Business Unit Finance Teams in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), including tasks related to Financial Planning, Financial Reporting, Headcount management, and Financial Analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of finance, accounting, and data analytics, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. We encourage motivated and detail-oriented individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Volume Impact and Cost Correlations: Utilize data analysis to comprehend volume impact due to customer behavior, including revenue volumes across customer segments, product usage behavior, and seasonal fluctuations.
  • Revenue Management: Analyze and monitor revenue streams across various customer segments and product lines, utilizing data analysis to understand and forecast revenue trends, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Financial Systems: Understand existing financial reporting systems and assist in migrating to new applications.
  • Cost Per Unit Analysis: Conduct cost per unit analysis to evaluate operational expenses.
  • Planning & Forecasting: Create forecast models based on historical trends, vendor invoices, and volumes, analyzing how actuals track to proposed forecasts.
