Job Title: Lead Data Scientist

Main Responsibilities:

We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist to lead our initiatives in Gen AI, NLP, or multi-modal models.

The successful candidate will analyze and interpret findings, draw conclusions, and make recommendations for enhancing business processes.

They will also support pre-sales activities and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts
  • Experience with ML, especially in Gen AI, NLP, or multi-modal models
  • Business requirements gathering, transforming them into technical plans, data processing, feature engineering, models evaluation, hypothesis testing, and model deployment experience
  • Fluency in Python, working knowledge of SQL and vector databases
  • Knowledge of specific DS/ML/CVGenAI/NLP libraries like NumPy, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, and GenAI APIs

Nice to Have:

  • Big data and distributed environments experience
  • Commercial experience proven by multiple successful projects in Gen AI, NLP, or Computer Vision

General Requirements:

  • Good computer programming skills and object-oriented programming concepts familiarity
  • Expertise in Azure cloud resources, Databricks
  • Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to come up with creative solutions to address customer problems
  • Ability to lead small technical teams on projects
