Job Title: Salesforce Systems Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Systems Design Engineer to join our team at System Soft Technologies.

Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per yearAbout the Job:

The Salesforce Systems Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, sustainable, and aligned Salesforce solutions to meet business needs. As a technical leader, you will act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring seamless integration and effective communication.

  • Design application architecture solutions spanning multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Analytics, Social, Communities) that meet business requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including technical and functional capabilities.
  • Oversight of multiple vendors involved with Salesforce Configuration and Development work.
  • Participate in the development of architectures, strategies, and policies around data governance, including master data management, metadata management, data quality, and data profiling.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business teams, product teams, global IT Apps teams, consultants, and vendors, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
  • 7 + years of Experience in architecting and designing full stack solutions using Salesforce Platform.
  • Expert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community, and Marketing Clouds, as well as the Force.com Platform.
  • Strong experience in architecting continuous integration and continuous delivery solutions for Salesforce.com applications.
  • Ability to think critically and challenge conventional thinking.
