Accounting Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to oversee end-to-end bookkeeping and financial reporting for a diverse portfolio of clients.

As a key leader within the team, you will mentor staff and senior associates, guiding them through complex accounting challenges from issue identification to solution implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting and Analysis
  • Manage US Accounting Processes including Report to Report (R2R) and General Ledger (GL) Accounting
Technical Requirements
  • Proficiency in QBO, QBD, BDC, SAGE Intacct, Microsoft Office 365 Suite, and related software tools
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and their impact on accounting practices
Leadership and Team Management
  • Lead, onboard, train, and build high-performing teams that excel in Client Accounting Services (CAS)
  • Foster strong client and team relationships to exceed expectations
Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving
  • Analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights
  • Identify and resolve client service or people-related issues
Experience and Qualifications
  • 8-12 years of experience in accounting with a B.Com or MBA, or CA Inter with 3 years of articleship plus 5-8 years of accounting experience
  • CA/CMA qualified professionals with 5-7 years of accounting experience will be given preference
  • Proven experience managing teams of 3-4 members in a professional services environment

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
