Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:

• Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and travel-related documentation.
Travel Management:
• Plan and organize domestic and international travel for the founder and key stakeholders.
• Handle flight bookings, hotel reservations, visas, and itinerary creation.
• Ensure cost-effective and efficient travel arrangements while maintaining quality.
Operations & Coordination:
• Collaborate with the travel team or external partners to ensure smooth execution of travel plans.
• Assist in managing travel budgets and expenses.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for travel-related projects.
Administrative Tasks:
• Maintain and organize important files, contracts, and travel documents.
• Manage ad hoc projects related to travel operations and business objectives.
• Handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Travel Management, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant, with at least 2 years in the travel industry.
• Proven expertise in planning and managing travel itineraries.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and travel management tools.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with travel industry processes, including visas, flights, and bookings.
