Frontend Development Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team and help shape the future of our SaaS platform. As a key member of our frontend development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance, scalable UI components that enhance user experience.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development with a focus on React, as well as expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). They should also have a proven track record of building high-performance web applications and a strong understanding of browser performance optimizations and best practices.

In addition to technical skills, we are looking for a leader who can take ownership of features or projects and drive them from concept to delivery. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement frontend solutions using React, ensuring a smooth user experience across devices.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize performance to ensure the platform is lightweight and responsive under high traffic conditions.
  • Write clean, modular, and reusable code adhering to best practices in frontend development.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to deliver features that delight users.
  • Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and trends, bringing innovative ideas to the team to continuously improve the product and development processes.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development with a focus on React.
  • Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Proven track record of building high-performance web applications.
  • Experience with component-based architecture and state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).
  • Strong understanding of browser performance optimizations and best practices.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend with backend services.
  • Proficiency in version control (GIT) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or similar for writing and maintaining unit tests.
  • Strong sense of UI/UX design, with an eye for creating responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
