Role and Responsibilities

  • Customer Handling
    • Greet customers with a smile and provide professional, courteous service
    • Verify service requests and capture customer feedback
    • Communicate repair updates to customers
  • Diagnosis and Repair
    • Analyze and diagnose scooter issues to identify necessary repairs
    • Update diagnosis reports and perform repairs as needed
  • System Handling
    • Track customer complaints and update the system in real-time
    • Operate Workshop Management System (WMS) and ensure 100% adherence
    • Update operational status and ETA in CRM and WMS systems
  • Technical Repairs
    • Maintain knowledge of OLA Scooter technical requirements
    • Repair or replace scooter parts as needed
  • Process and Operational Excellence
    • Adhere to processes at Experience Centre
    • Invoice and collect payments
    • Ensure bays are clean and ready for service
  • Parts Operation and Safety
    • Audit inventory and ensure physical and system records match
    • Perform GRN and maintain inventory at Experience Centre
    • Ensure safety equipment is available and used correctly

Requirements

  • Male candidates only
  • Minimum qualification: 12th+diploma/graduation/post-graduation (no ITI required)
  • Minimum experience: 1 year in automobile industry in service sector
