Senior Resident Caregiver

The Hostel Manager will be responsible for ensuring the well-being, safety, and discipline of athletes residing in the hostel.

• Hostel Operations:
  • Supervise and manage daily operations of the hostel.
  • Enforce hostel rules and regulations among residents.
  • Maintain cleanliness and oversee maintenance of the hostel premises.
• Safety and Support:
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all athletes residing in the hostel.
  • Address medical emergencies or safety concerns promptly.
  • Monitor attendance records and athlete movement.
• Discipline and Guidance:
  • Enforce discipline and resolve conflicts among residents fairly and timely.
  • Provide guidance and support to athletes dealing with personal or professional challenges.
  • Maintain a peaceful environment for all residents.
• Coordination and Communication:
  • Act as primary contact between hostel residents and management.
  • Communicate with parents/guardians regarding resident concerns.
  • Coordinate with departments like housekeeping, security, and medical for smooth hostel operations.
• Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain accurate resident records, including emergency contacts and medical information.
  • Report maintenance, supply, or safety issues to management.
  • Prepare reports on hostel activities, incidents, and feedback for management review.
