
Chief Painting Services Manager

**Overview of the Role:**
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our painting services operations. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the sales and delivery of high-quality painting services, ensuring smooth execution of projects, and driving business growth.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience in managing service-based businesses and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead day-to-day operations of the painting services team.
- Develop, document, and implement SOPs for painting projects, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency.
- Monitor project timelines, pricing, and quality standards to ensure client satisfaction and company expectations.
- Oversee painters and contractors, ensuring they adopt relevant processes.
**Business Development & Strategy:**
The selected candidate will identify opportunities for business expansion and drive revenue growth through tailored marketing and sales strategies.
They will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that highlight the value of the services.
**Quality Control & Customer Satisfaction:**
The individual will closely monitor Net Promoter Score (NPS) and implement quality control processes to ensure consistent improvement of NPS.
They will resolve customer complaints and issues swiftly and professionally.
**Required Qualifications & Skills:**
- Masters degree in Business Administration or Operations Management (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in driving painting service business and operations.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing SOPs for service-based businesses.
- Strong business acumen with experience driving sales, revenue, and profitability.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
