Job Title: Digital Advertising Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage and optimize advertising campaigns for e-commerce businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for e-commerce brands, ensuring maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools and implement adjustments to improve efficiency.
  • Identify and test new audience segments, bidding strategies, and ad placements to scale e-commerce stores.

Market Analysis & Creative Insights

  • Monitor market trends and conduct competitive analysis to identify emerging strategies and best practices in digital advertising.
  • Research and replicate high-performing creatives using Meta Ad Library and ad spy tools, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Provide actionable insights on creative performance and recommend optimizations to improve results.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with graphic designers and video editors to develop high-converting ad creatives that align with marketing strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to streamline campaign execution and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain open communication channels to facilitate collaboration and problem-solving.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports to inform decision-making.
  • Adjust bidding strategies, audience targeting, and creative elements based on data analysis to drive better results.
  • Stay current with changes in advertising platforms, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to remain competitive.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in media buying for e-commerce businesses with a track record of achieving high ROAS.
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), with experience working with Google Ads and TikTok Ads a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
