We are seeking an experienced SAP Security Professional to design and maintain secure SAP environments.

This role involves configuring and maintaining SAP security roles, profiles, and authorizations for ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, and BW systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain SAP security roles, profiles, and authorizations
  • Manage user provisioning, access requests, and license assignments using SAP IDM
  • Implement position-based access control models where necessary
  • Maintain Firefighter (FF) access via SAP GRC 12
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, segregation of duties (SoD), and audit controls
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP authorization issues, IDM provisioning problems, and SAP cloud access challenges
  • Support security aspects of system maintenance, upgrades, migrations, and new project implementations
  • Monitor SAP security logs, identify potential risks, and take proactive action
  • Collaborate with functional, technical, and audit teams to deliver secure and compliant SAP solutions
  • Prepare and maintain security documentation, reports, and training materials

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of SAP security design principles and role architecture
  • Expertise in SoD risk identification and remediation
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects in large-scale SAP environments
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills

Job Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 8+ years' experience in SAP Security, including role design, GRC, and IDM
  • Experience with security in ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Fiori, and related SAP environments
  • Familiarity with cloud-based SAP security
  • SAP security certifications
