Leadership Opportunity in Social Media Management

We are seeking an experienced Senior Social Media Manager to lead our social media marketing efforts in the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for social media activations, including influencer campaign management.
  • Implement paid media plans to drive reach and engagement.
  • Identify key trends and brand crisis situations on social media that can impact the business.
  • Manage community engagement opportunities and facilitate conversations between the brand and users.
  • Collaborate with external partners to align plans and ensure deliverables are executed smoothly.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of the influencer and content creator ecosystem in India.
  • Ability to work with data and numbers while also understanding what resonates with social media audiences.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools and ability to learn and understand their benefits and features.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to represent work well in forums with stakeholders.
  • Great team player with an experimental and dynamic mindset.

This role requires someone who is passionate about AI and new technologies, with a willingness to run experiments to optimize influencer marketing plans and inform future marketing strategies.
