The ideal candidate for this role is a self-motivated, multi-tasking professional with excellent communication and leadership skills. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks, and have outstanding problem-solving abilities.

You will be responsible for translating requirements into product features, implementing them to perfection, and delivering best-in-class code across various interactive web and mobile products. Additionally, you will work on continuous improvement of the products through innovation and learning, develop features for highly complex distributed transaction processing systems, and implement functionality for automated tests.

The successful candidate will also be able to debug production issues, create mitigation plans, optimize existing implementations, and stay up-to-date with new innovations and technology trends.

This role requires:

  • 5-7 years of experience as a Backend developer
  • Experience in Node.JS & Nestjs, and familiarity with Javascript, Java, Typescript
  • Database architecture and design skills, including SQL (like Postgres) and NoSQL (like MongoDB)
  • Knowledge of DOM manipulation, CSS functionalities, memory management, multithreaded programming, and background processing
  • Unit-testing and TDD expertise
  • Ability to read existing code and analyze logs in production systems
  • Familiarity with CI/CD environment, Microservices, Agile Development methodology, JIRA, Code versioning tools like Git, Bitbucket, Mercurial, SVN, WebSocket, REDIS, Memcached, Elasticsearch ELK stack, REST API integration, and Push Notifications
