Job Summary:

Are you a seasoned SAP professional with expertise in architecting and delivering end-to-end solutions? Do you have a strong understanding of SAP modules and transformation? We are seeking an experienced SAP E2E Solution Architect to lead our clients' digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • ">
  • Lead SAP AD deals with global scope, taking end-to-end responsibility for entire SAP solutioning, bid response, and solution development.">
  • Drive the solution strategy by working with account teams, sales partners, and shaping deals in tune with competitive scenarios, client priorities, technology suitability, and support from Senior Solution Leaders.">
  • Defend developed solutions and offerings internally at the BU/MU/SBU level.">
  • Plan, lead, and present solutions in client meetings, orals, and workshops.">
  • Interact with customers, understand requirements, propose solutions/methodology, and lead the adoption of new SAP (S/4HANA-OP/Cloud/Leonardo/AI-ML) initiatives in the context of digital transformation.">
  • Drive innovation/transformation agendas in large existing accounts, provide delivery and solution assurance, and support/guide solutions/offering in the Capability (COE).">
  • Develop, mentor, and guide a team of architects, driving solutioning capability enhancement/improvement/industrialization/reusability/automation.">

    • Deep-rooted knowledge in area of expertise, including one of the following SAP core modules: FICO, O2C, P2P, SCM, CRM.">
    • Strong hands-on experience in any one of the SAP core modules (5 years), Delivery Management experience in SAP AD implementation projects (5-7 years) in customer-facing roles.">
    • Experience in leading SAP projects in the AD side, expert understanding of overall process of implementation, migration, upgrade, sizing, architecture, configuration, management, and day-to-day operation of SAP S/4HANA environment.">
    • Broad understanding across functional areas/in-depth process knowledge in one area, industry knowledge/sector know-how in Manufacturing/Retail/CPG/Life sciences.">
    • Excellent communication skills in English, additional language German/Spanish/Dutch or French is a big plus.">

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and skills:

  • At least 10 years of experience in SAP implementation projects.">
  • Proven track record of delivering complex SAP projects on time and within budget.">
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills.">
  • Strong technical skills in SAP modules.">
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.">
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages being an asset.">
