Senior Visual Designer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Design Lead to oversee the development of our marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to design engaging visuals that effectively communicate key messages.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop high-quality designs for various marketing materials, including case studies, white papers, ad banners, and more.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers to help them develop their skills.
- 8+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse and creative designs.
- Expertise in Brochure Design, PPT Design, Ad Banner Design is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and PowerPoint.
- Proven experience working on marketing collaterals, with an ability to understand the gravity of the documents you are designing.
