Senior Business Analyst Position

This role involves providing analytical support to internal customers, including creating and delivering field excellence reporting and insights. The successful candidate will also facilitate data-enabled decision making through the provision of qualitative and quantitative analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and deliver high-quality reports that meet agreed SLAs for timeliness, accuracy, and quality.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Alteryx-based solutions that optimize field excellence activities based on commercial needs.
  • Deliver services through structured project management approaches with appropriate documentation and communication throughout the delivery of services.
  • Craft and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality checklists that enable excellent quality outputs for all outputs within the function.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge repositories that collect qualitative and quantitative data of field excellence related trends across operating markets.
Essential Requirements:
  • Curiosity and strong analytical thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience working in a multi-functional cultural environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Conceptual, analytical, tactical thinking, and strategic thought process.
  • Ability to align with internal functional operating procedures like time tracking, critical metric tracking, and reporting.
Desirable Requirements:
  • A university-advanced degree is required.
  • A masters degree or equivalent experience in fields such as business administration, finance, computer science, or technical fields is preferred.
  • At least 4 years of work experience in contact centre performance excellence, quality monitoring, ITES QAs, patient contact centres, and proficiency in Qlik Sense, SQL, MS Excel, Alteryx, ETL Tool, Incentive compensation, and pharmaceutical industry experience.
