Visualisation Specialist

Job Role:

As a Graphic Designer at a prestigious real estate company, you will work on a wide range of projects and media using various software programs to visualise and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, and a minimum 1-3 years of experience in graphic designing. Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.

Responsibilities include working independently as well as cooperatively with the marketing team to create expressive graphics producing high-quality designs for the company.

You will be responsible for prioritising and managing multiple projects within design specifications, designing and managing all in-house Magazines & Newspaper ads, thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts, and working with a wide range of media and graphic design software.

In addition, you will be expected to develop concepts, graphics, and layouts, including making decisions about fonts, images, readability, and readers' needs.

To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline, and proficiency with required desktop publishing tools such as Adobe Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.

Computer fluency in Mac and PC and typography knowledge are also essential.
