About the Role

We seek a proactive Technical Solutions Lead who bridges operations, engineering, and product with sharp analytical thinking and technical expertise.

In this role, you'll troubleshoot issues, streamline integrations, and provide process guidance and technical insights across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as primary technical point of contact for client integrations, campaign troubleshooting, data analytics, and technical roll-outs.
  • Drive root cause analysis for technical and analytical issues across DSP platforms, MMPs, and internal tools.
  • Collaborate with operations to troubleshoot campaign or attribution issues and provide actionable resolutions.
  • Mentor solution engineers on documentation, integration processes, and technical debugging best practices.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to stay updated on new features and translate them into internal playbooks or training for operations.
  • Create scripts or automation utilities to streamline analysis or debugging workflows.
  • Improve internal campaign operations processes and solution engineering frameworks to enhance response times and integration quality.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in campaign management, technical solutions, and leadership.
