Transaction Banking Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Transaction Banking professional to lead our team in driving innovative solutions and digital transformation initiatives.

  • Proven experience of at least 7 years in business analysis, focusing on transaction banking and payment solutions.
  • Strong command of stakeholder management, ensuring effective communication between various parties.
  • Expertise in transaction banking processes and systems on customer mobile applications, delivering seamless user experiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute digital transformation projects, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in using Agile methodologies and tools like Jira to manage project workflows efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business analysis activities for transaction banking, enhancing operational workflows and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements, define project scope, and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Drive the development and implementation of mobile app solutions for transaction banking consumers.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies to manage and deliver projects on time, adjusting approaches as necessary.
  • Coordinate with global teams to harness IT infrastructure for digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements:
