Job Title: Studio Executive

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Studio Executive to join our team. This is a critical role that requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting faculties during the recording of instructional and promotional videos. This includes setting up and operating cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for recording sessions.

In addition, the Studio Executive will be responsible for capturing high-quality photographs and video footage as required. This may involve ensuring proper framing, lighting, and sound quality for recordings.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills and knowledge of video production software. They will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with faculties and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Video Production: Assist faculties during the recording of instructional and promotional videos.
  • Equipment Setup: Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for recording sessions.
  • Capture High-Quality Content: Capture high-quality photographs and video footage as required.
  • Quality Control: Ensure proper framing, lighting, and sound quality for recordings.
  • Edit and Process Videos/Photos: Edit and process videos/photos to meet institutional standards.
  • Maintain Equipment: Maintain studio equipment, ensuring functionality and readiness for use.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with faculties and creative teams to improve content quality.
  • Organization: Organize and archive video and photo files systematically for future use.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Technical Skills: Excellent technical skills and knowledge of video production software.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with faculties and other stakeholders.
