SAP PPDS Expert Position

This is a senior-level position that requires an experienced SAP PPDS expert to provide strategic supply chain solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of production planning and scheduling, hands-on SAP PPDS experience, integration with SAP IBP, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requirements and design SAP PPDS solutions to meet organizational needs.
  • Configure and customize SAP ePPDS modules, including master data setup, planning heuristics, and optimization.
  • Integrate ePPDS with other SAP modules (e.g., IBP, S/4HANA) and external systems.
  • Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP ePPDS implementation projects, including blueprinting, testing, training, and go-live support.
  • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for SAP ePPDS users.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user manuals.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Conduct user training sessions and workshops.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with SAP ePPDS (S/4HANA or APO). Strong understanding of production planning, detailed scheduling, and supply chain processes.
  • Experience with SAP ePPDS configuration, CIF integration, and master data management.
  • Familiarity with planning strategies, heuristics, and optimization techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • SAP certification in ePPDS or related modules.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA embedded PPDS.
  • Knowledge of ABAP debugging and enhancement frameworks.
  • Experience in manufacturing or process industries.
