Senior Project Manager Job Description

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the timely delivery of projects with exceptional quality. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the project timeline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret and understand drawings (2D/3D) from various disciplines (Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, etc).
  • Identify design discrepancies and foresee potential execution risks.
  • Validate and review work orders, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), drawings, etc.
  • Develop detailed project execution schedules highlighting inter-dependencies between tasks.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and monitor remotely to ensure quality control.
  • Ensure that all quality and timeline requirements are met.
  • Provide technical guidance and instructions to Site supervisors (Project Executives).
  • Maintain up-to-date site information for customers.
  • Bridge the gap between Designers and Customers during the project's execution stage.
  • Update project trackers and summaries, sharing weekly progress reports with stakeholders.
  • Analyze data to identify performance bottlenecks, devise corrective solutions, and implement them end-to-end.
  • Act as the quality custodian for your projects, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
  • Work closely with internal functions on key initiatives such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), pricing, and new initiatives.
  • Foster strong vendor relationships and address concerns promptly.
