Job Description

    The primary function of this role is to provide technical support and configuration across both the banking arm and securities business under a dual-hat arrangement. This includes acting and making decisions on behalf of both entities, subject to the same remit and level of authority.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Providing technical assistance and resolving issues related to system configurations and functionality.
    • Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and communication between departments.
    • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
