  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Operations & Service Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive service strategies that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of mobile robotics operations, including onboarding and field operations, to ensure seamless execution.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide expert technical leadership on complex mobile robotics systems, including sensors, actuators, and associated instrumentation.
  • Customer Success & Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with high-value clients, acting as a trusted advisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Data-Driven Leadership: Leverage data analytics to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements across delivery, support, and customer engagement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is an asset).
  • Experience: A minimum of 12+ years of progressive experience in operations management, industrial maintenance, field service, or a related field, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Technical Skills: Deep understanding of mobile robotics systems and aftermarket product ecosystems.
  • Requisites: Preferred experience working with mobile robot owners, product companies, or in the automotive industry.
