Automated Quality Assurance Manager

We are looking for an Automated Quality Assurance Manager to lead our team in architecting and implementing high-performance, scalable test automation frameworks that drive continuous quality improvement.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing advanced test automation frameworks using Robot Framework with Python and Selenium with Java. They will also manage and guide teams in handling complex automation projects, promoting a culture of quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as an Automated Quality Assurance Manager, you should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience in software testing, with at least 5 years of experience in building and scaling test automation frameworks for large, complex systems.
  • Proficiency in managing SDET teams and delivering automation test solutions.
  • Deep expertise in developing automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver (Java) and Robot Framework (Python), with custom scripting for specific project needs.
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration with tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, for automated build, test, and deployment processes.
