**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage the end-to-end customer closing journey in the real estate industry.
- Ensure smooth documentation, legal compliance, and customer satisfaction throughout the closing process.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and hassle-free handovers.
- Resolve customer queries related to documentation, possession, and payments.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication, customer-handling, and coordination skills, as well as in-depth knowledge of real estate documentation, compliance, and registration processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the entire closing process from agreement execution to final settlements.
- Ensure statutory compliance, including stamp duty, registration, and taxation.
**Requirements**
- 7+ years' experience in closing or assistant manager - closing with a reputed real estate developer.
- Graduate / Post-Graduate (MBA preferred).
