We are seeking a skilled Mobile Application Developer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing and building advanced Android applications using Kotlin and/or Java.The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of professional experience in Android app development, with a strong understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.Required skills include proficiency in Kotlin and Java, as well as experience with Android Jetpack components (LiveData, ViewModel, Navigation, Room, etc.).Additionally, the candidate should have familiarity with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and APIs (e.g., Retrofit, Glide, Firebase), as well as experience with version control systems like Git and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment tools and processes.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and build advanced Android applications using Kotlin and/or Java.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Work with outside data sources and APIs (RESTful, GraphQL, etc.).
  • Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
  • Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
