Sr. Social Media Marketing Specialist

At TALBIYA UMRAH PVT LTD, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that align with our overall marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies that align with our overall marketing goals.
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our social media presence remains relevant and effective.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure social media efforts are integrated and aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with social media influencers and other relevant industry contacts.
  • Monitor and manage online reputation by addressing negative reviews and comments.
  • Continuously test and experiment with new social media tactics and strategies to improve performance and drive business results.
Requirements:
  • Significant management and leadership experience
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
  • Strong communication skills
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and user-generated content strategies is a plus
