Job Overview

The L2 associate serves as the primary interface between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication at all times.

  • Providing prompt and efficient service to customers and delivery partners.
  • Managing sensitive cases by reporting up the escalation matrix.
  • Actively seeking solutions through logical reasoning and identifying trends to suggest process improvements.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

For this role, you will need:

  • Graduation in any specialization from a recognized university.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers.
  • Good comprehension skills, ability to understand and state issues presented by customers.
  • Ability to concentrate and follow customer issues without distraction until resolution.
  • Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Internet Explorer.
  • Excellent typing skills and ability to navigate websites proficiently.
  • Demonstrates proficient knowledge of email applications.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

While not required, having the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Logistics background and experience in similar roles.
