About the Role
  • Design visually appealing and refined assets for digital and print platforms that reflect simplicity, clarity, and elegance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions aligned with the brand's strategy and tone.
  • Mentor junior designers, promoting growth while ensuring high standards of thoughtful design.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints with a focus on clean, intuitive, layouts.
  • Translate complex ideas into impactful visuals.
  • Stay informed about global design trends, particularly in minimalistic and luxury aesthetics.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently without compromising attention to detail or design integrity.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in minimalistic, elegant, and high-end design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and use of space to create balanced designs.
  • Ability to develop understated yet effective designs communicating the brand's message.
  • Experience working with international teams or brands, with sensitivity to cross-cultural design approaches.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a natural sense of aesthetic balance.
Preferred Qualifications
