Job Opportunity: Watershed Management Specialist

A motivated professional with a strong technical background is required to work on watershed management initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for project interventions in assigned areas, working closely with the Project Manager.
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with community members, PRI officials, government representatives, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute designs, estimates, and watershed structures, maintaining records.
  • Promote and manage watershed activities and groundwater management programs.
  • Deliver timely compliance to routine reporting requirements and plan periodic program review meetings.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Project Manager and provide support as needed.

This role requires extensive fieldwork and travel.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Technology in Agriculture or Bachelor of Technology/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant field experience.
  • Knowledge of local languages and Hindi preferred.
  • Experience in the development sector would be an added advantage.
