About This Role
As a key member of our delivery assurance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the consistent adoption of technology delivery best practices across the organization. Your expertise in software quality management and regulatory requirements will be instrumental in guiding project teams to bring innovation and excellence to their work.

Your Responsibilities
• Perform periodic project audits and reviews to ensure compliance with CMMI process areas and report non-compliances
• Identify potential delivery risks and compliance issues for project milestones
• Participate in project milestone release readiness reviews and provide sign offs
• Assist in QRM cadence planning and collaborate with QRM leads to ensure effective risk management and mitigation
• Conduct training on QMS process assets and awareness on best practices
• Maintain and ensure project process maturity adherence for Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) v2.0 Development & Services appraisal and accreditation process

The Ideal Candidate
You will have a bachelor's degree in IT or a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in delivery assurance and quality management. Your knowledge and experience in software quality management & software quality standards, familiarity with regulatory requirements, and proficiency in MS Office are essential. Additionally, you should have experience with risk-based validation methodologies, CMMi implementation experience, and familiarity with pharma compliance and regulations.
