Job Title: Innovation/Service Designer

Location: Bangalore, Hybrid

Reports To: Director of Innovation

We are seeking a skilled design professional with experience in innovation and service design methodologies. As an Innovation/Service Designer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative programs for corporate clients.

In direct collaboration with the Director of Innovation, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Program Design & Management: Create tailored innovation programs and detailed proposals that align with client-specific needs, constraints, and organizational objectives.
  • Research and Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct stakeholder interviews, facilitate service design workshops, and identify opportunities where human-centered innovation can drive value, scoping related projects and deliverables to meet client goals.
  • User Research: Conduct user research and derive insights to inform strategic directions and create qualitative analysis reports and insights documentation for client projects.
  • Methodology Support: Provide methodology support to corporate teams in the different phases of each project: user research, ideation, prototyping, and user testing.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify opportunities where service design and human-centered innovation can add client value.
  • Methodology Evolution: Contribute to the evolution of Link methodologies.

As a successful candidate, you should have at least 2 years of experience as a designer in the innovation space, master user-centered design methodologies, strong facilitation skills, and exceptional ability to synthesize qualitative insights into actionable strategies.
