Visual Designer Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Visual Designer to join our team in creating engaging experiences that resonate with clients.

  • Visual Asset Development: Collaborate with teams to design visual assets for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, emailers, and more.
  • Brand Consistency: Assist in building brand-consistent materials that deliver on both aesthetics and strategic objectives.
  • Idea Generation: Participate in brainstorms to ideate visuals that align with client messaging and cultural insights.
  • Design Support: Support photo editing, layout work, and visual refinement for various outputs.
  • Workflow Optimization: Help prepare and maintain design files, mood boards, and asset libraries for seamless workflow.

We're looking for a proactive, curious individual who brings:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other CC tools.
  • Visual Storytelling: Passion for visual storytelling and design, either through coursework, personal projects, or internships.
  • Attention to Detail: Visual sensitivity, attention to detail, and solid understanding of layouts, color theory, and typography.
  • Collaborative Mindset: A collaborative mindset, eager for feedback, energized by teamwork, and open to learning.
