Financial Excellence through Strategic Accounting

As a Senior Finance Executive/Assistant Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our organization's financial strategy. We're seeking an individual with a strong background in accounting and finance to join our team.

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with our finance team to drive business growth through accurate financial record-keeping, revenue management, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, credits, and adjustments in our accounting system.
  • Implement revenue recognition policies in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Handle interaction with external service providers like vendors, bankers, auditors, etc.
  • Manage inter-company transactions and ensure proper documentation and reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with sales and account management teams to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Commerce graduate with 3+ years of practical accounting experience (preferably in a service industry).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written communications).
  • Time management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Tally ERP or Zoho Books.
