Job Opportunity: ASIC Verification Engineer

We are seeking an experienced ASIC Verification Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Infrastructure organization, you will play a crucial role in building IP and System On Chip (SoC) solutions for data center applications.

This position offers the opportunity to work with a talented team focused on developing ASIC solutions for our data center infrastructure. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the verification closure of design modules or subsystems from test-planning to verification completion.

You will develop UVM-based testbenches and implement verification plans to ensure the quality and functionality of our IP and SoC designs. In addition to traditional simulation, you will also use formal and emulation approaches to achieve bug-free designs.

Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including software, hardware, ASIC Design, Emulation, and Post-Silicon teams, to create first-pass silicon success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement verification plans for IP and SoC designs.
  • Develop and integrate UVM-based testbenches to verify IP sub-system SoC level functionality.
  • Create functional tests based on verification plans to ensure comprehensive testing.
  • Drive verification efforts to closure based on defined metrics, including test plan coverage, functional coverage, and code coverage.
  • Collaborate with the Design team to debug, root-cause, and resolve functional failures in the design.
  • Perform simulation-based testing, including functional, performance, and compliance testing.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, standards, and best practices related to Networking.
