Job Description:

  • A skilled Workday Consultant is required to join our team for hands-on experience in Workday integration development, understanding core concepts, and possessing a strong grasp of business objects and relationships between PBO and RBO.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with integrations, calc fields, security, migrations, as well as a solid understanding of EIB, Core Connector Worker, Core Connector Benefit, Workday Studio, Navigations, Search, Security, Reports, etc.
  • This person should also have proficiency using Workday Extend, excellent coding, testing, implementing, debugging, and documentation skills, and a good understanding and hands-on with XSLT.
  • In addition, they should possess high reasoning aptitude and ability to quickly understand complex operating environments, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the capacity to work in a diverse multi-national and multi-vendor environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Workday integration development
  • Strong understanding of business objects and identifying relationships between PBO and RBO
  • Extensive hands-on experience with integrations, calc fields, security, migrations
  • Good coding, testing, implementing, debugging, and documentation skills
  • Good understanding and hands-on with XSLT
  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively
  • High reasoning aptitude and ability to quickly understand complex operating environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
