Job Title: Team Lead - Interior OperationsOverview:

The primary responsibility of the Interior Operations Manager is to oversee a team of operations leads and ensure customer satisfaction. This role entails coordinating with design and production teams to meet committed timelines, managing internal stakeholders such as finance and vendor teams, and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the customer experience from project initiation to handover, acting as the highest point of escalation for regional issues.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and empower team members to solve problems on the ground.
  • Manage people to empower the existing team, hire top talent, and ensure adherence to defined processes and standards.
  • Responsible for customer move-in timeline adherence, overall CSAT score, and quicker resolution of customer escalations.
Requirements:
  • A degree from a prestigious institution or an MBA from a top-tier business school.
  • 7-12 years of work experience in startups or operations similar industries.
  • People management skills, direct team reporting required.
  • Strong attention to detail, written and oral communication skills, and analytical ability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Manage strategic alliances and business partnerships with builders, architects, and interior consultants.
