As a seasoned Solar Project Manager, you will lead the development of renewable energy projects from concept to completion. Your expertise in project management, combined with a solid understanding of solar energy systems and project development processes, will be essential in driving project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Define project goals, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Conduct feasibility studies to assess project viability and identify potential risks.
  • Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and positive project environment.
  • Clearly communicate project expectations and roles to team members, ensuring a shared understanding of project objectives.
  • Allocate resources efficiently to ensure project milestones are met, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to secure necessary resources.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring financial goals are met.
  • Identify and address budget variances promptly, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
  • Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular project updates to stakeholders.
  • Address and resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely manner, ensuring project deliverables meet established standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, business, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy or solar industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Solid understanding of solar energy systems and project development processes, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
