As a Senior Java Developer - Technical Lead at Société Générale Assurances, you will be responsible for leading the development of our critical Air-Agora application, driving technical evolutions, and guiding technical team members to accomplish objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive the Weblogic upgrade and move to target tools, Oracle migration to Oracle Cloud Platform (OCP), and Migration of Agora to Azure Datalake which is in Big-data architecture.
  • Release & Deployment – Deploy using CD/CI practices and tools in various environments – development, UAT and production and follow production processes. Ensure Craftsmanship practices are followed.

Requirements:

  • Around 10+ years of experience in IT industry, preferably banking domain.
  • Expertise and experience in Core Java, Java, Spring Boot, WebLogic, Tomcat, Linux, Angular, APIs (REST), Java, J2EE, WebLogic (expert), Oracle, Active Pivot (optional), micro services, spring and exposure to digital transformation initiatives.
  • Development experience in REST APIs.
  • Experience in CD/CI tools – Jira, Sonar, XLDeploy, Kubernetes/Docker.
  • Good communication / collaboration skills.
