Mobile Application Development Leadership Position

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to oversee the development and deployment of our mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product delivery, implementing best practices, and leading a talented team toward creating exceptional mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of mobile engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture. Provide guidance and support for technical and professional growth.
  • Architecture & Development: Define architecture and lead the development of mobile applications using React Native, integrated with backend services in .NET. Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, design, and cloud implementation.
  • Product Delivery: Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and QA teams to drive end-to-end product delivery. Prioritize features, manage timelines, and ensure the team meets project milestones.
  • API Integration: Oversee the design and development of RESTful APIs in .NET, ensuring robust integration and scalability of mobile applications.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure that mobile solutions adhere to industry security standards and compliance requirements, implementing best practices in API security and data privacy.
  • Automation & Non-functional requirements: Establish and enforce standards for code quality, performance, and security. Lead the team in adopting test-driven development, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in software development with a focus on mobile applications, .NET, and RESTful APIs.
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role managing mobile development teams.
  • Proven expertise in React Native for mobile app development.
  • Strong knowledge of .NET for backend development and REST API design.
  • Experience with Azure Cloud services, including app deployment, monitoring, and security management.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.

  • Excellent team management and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices.
  • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing applications for performance.
