Job Title: Sales Manager

Function/ Department: Retail Banking

Job Purpose:

The Sales Manager is an integral part of our Retail Banking team responsible for sourcing loans from market and existing channel partners, ensuring a quality portfolio. The role requires maintaining strong relationships, fostering cooperation, and effective communication across various mediums. Adherence to policies and guidelines is mandatory, with a focus on sales support and risk aversion contributing to the bank's larger objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Acquire loan customers in the identified segment.
  2. Meet and exceed defined targets of new customer acquisitions month on month by analyzing transaction banking needs of the customer.
  3. Ensure adherence to selling norms and SOPs defined by the organization.
  4. Ensure strict compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations.
  5. Ensure quality sourcing in line with the Bank's policy.
  6. Create an environment for the team to focus on digital enablement to fulfill customer needs holistically.
  7. Drive initiatives to meet the Bank's rapid growth targets.

Requirements:

Graduation: Any Graduate

Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience
