Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Artworker to join our team. As a Creative Artworker, you will be responsible for designing and producing marketing campaigns and retailer communications for global brands. Your expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and InDesign, will be essential in delivering high-quality marketing assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and produce marketing campaigns and retailer communications for global brands
  • Ensure the integrity of the original concept and brief
  • Understand and work within brand and corporate guidelines
  • Produce retouching of images and photography to a good level
  • Understand and apply color management principles in daily tasks
  • Use your experience and knowledge to identify and resolve design, artwork, and production challenges
  • Complete all personal administration, including timesheets, accurately and promptly
  • Understand the company's quality control process and systems, employing a methodical approach
  • Provide the business with the best value by estimating and managing time accurately, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality
  • Take responsibility for continuous personal development and learning, helping to identify objectives and opportunities for skill development
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience working as a design and production-focused artworker on the client side or agencies
  • In-depth expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Mainly Illustrator and InDesign)
  • A full understanding of how InDesign native pre-flight works
  • A full understanding of stylesheeting within InDesign such as how to create and adapt stylesheets, split and span works within a single text box, keep all text, styles, and spacing consistent in size and style
  • An understanding of GREP would be an advantage
  • Understanding of color management
  • Extensive experience in accurately applying a design concept across a range of different media and formats
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in US English
