Automation Engineer for Costing Expertise

We are seeking an accomplished Automation Engineer with expertise in costing to lead our panel costing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Siemens automation products and systems, including PLCs, Drives, CNC systems, DCS, PCS, Electrical Panels, and Instrumentation Panels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all activities related to panel costing, ensuring accurate and timely final costing.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Siemens products, automation systems (PLC, Drives, CNC, DCS, PCS), electrical and instrumentation panels.
  • Take ownership of costing tasks and deliverables while leading a team of engineers.
  • Conduct technical discussions with clients, internal teams, and vendors to finalize requirements, configurations, and costs.
  • Provide regular status reports to management regarding costing, progress, and potential issues.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in automation, electrical panels, and switchgear.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Siemens automation products and systems.
  • Proficiency in panel costing and project costing.
  • Experience with PLC, Drives, DCS, PCS, and instrumentation panels.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team.
  • Excellent technical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle technical discussions and negotiations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience:
