About the Role:

  • We seek a dynamic professional who can bridge psychology, business development, and AI-enabled tools to create engaging educational programs, lead business growth, and manage student enrollments.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement education programs using psychological insights and AI-powered learning solutions.
  • Lead business development by forging partnerships with schools and educational organizations locally and globally.
  • Manage enrollment processes, including student and school lead conversion, internal counselor coordination, and campaign execution.
  • Utilize AI technology and analytics to increase outreach, understand enrollment trends, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Promote programs via social media and personal networks to expand organizational reach.
  • Stay updated on advances in education, psychology, and AI to maintain our offerings' relevance.
  • Contribute to management strategies and provide training on new-age AI solutions for business growth and educational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Psychology (required)
  • No PhD candidates need apply
  • 1-2+ years of experience as a psychologist in education/business development/EdTech
  • Strong orientation towards business development and enrollment management
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools in education or outreach
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking abilities
  • Passion for education and leveraging technology to make an impact
  • Leadership skills with project management and training delivery
  • Ability to work in-office and in-field
